While using the meal replacement as a tool, this program teaches evidenced-based behavior change techniques that are associated with long-term results. This program requires a substantial financial and time commitment. We encourage you to sign up for a free orientation to hear an explanation of the program from the medical director, try the product and ask questions of past or present participants of the program.
