Healthy Community

For over 60 years Kaiser Permanente has been committed to improving the health of our members and the communities we serve. We do this not only through the high quality health care we provide, but also with philanthropic and volunteer participation programs. We work side-by-side with community organizations. We provide technical assistance and share our experience and expertise. We encourage our employees to reach out and give of their time and talent to organizations and causes that matter to them. Giving back to our communities and caring for our global environment creates a sense of purpose, which, in turn, enhances our well-being. Learn more about how you can get involved.

The Kaiser Permanente Community Giving Campaign annually supplements employee contributions to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. Kaiser Permanente will match contributions dollar per dollar up to a maximum of $200 for a specified number of employees each calendar year. You will hear more about this important program during our annual drive.

Go Green is our environmental stewardship program that provides resources and opportunities to learn about and give back to our planet.
