Deadlift

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Who’s ready for eggnog and Christmas carols?

Before we enjoy the holiday season, we’re going to make this December a sweaty one. You will be performing some exercises first and then you get to open your gifts! We’re going to get our body into shape by performing 12 reps before Christmas!

Today’s exercise will be a deadlift. Hold your weight (or stapler, water bottle, etc) and lower down to the ground. Keep your elbows straight and push your hips down and back. Stand up tall and perform 12 repetitions.
