Neck Stretches – Look Right and Left
Happy July! I hope you are all enjoying this sunshine. This month we are stretching out the muscles of your neck. I know after a long day of work, my upper neck muscles get stiff and sore. Regular stretching can increase range of motion and reduce pain.
Exercise: Look right and left.
How to perform: Sit up tall and look over your shoulder. Try to turn to look to the wall behind you to deepen the stretch in your neck.
Duration: Hold for 10 seconds and repeat on both sides.
