Live Well Be Well is excited to announce the top teams and raffle winners for the Greater Sacramento Spring into Motion step challenge! 

Congratulations to the 204 teams and more than 1,400 physicians and employees across the Greater Sacramento Area who recently completed the 4-week Spring into Motion challenge and collectively tallied 298 million steps in their journey to become healthier versions of themselves.

Here are the final top 3 teams in each service area:

Roseville

• #2: The OR-iginals- Outpatient Surgery, Folsom Ambulatory, 135.76 points

Sacramento

• #1: DNR (Do Not Rest)- Palliative Care, Sacramento Medical Center, 127.38points
• #2: Movin and Groovin- Primary Care, Point West MOB, 122.2 points
• #3: EyeCare Heroes- Vision Services, Point West MOB, 115 points

South Sacramento (3-way tie for first place, all with perfect scores)

• #1: Rad or Die- Radiology, South Sacramento Medical Center, 144 points
• #1: Pavement Queens- PACU, South Sacramento Medical Center, 144 points
• #1: Bone Diggity Revisited- Orthopedics, South Sacramento Medical Center, 144 points

And drum roll, please . . . the top 2026 Greater Sacramento Area Spring into Motion team (using most walkers and highest total score as the tie breaker) is Rad or Die, Radiology, South Sacramento Medical Center!

Everyone who earned at least 60 points during the challenge was automatically entered for a chance to win a raffle prize!
