Live Well Be Well is excited to announce the top teams and raffle winners for the Greater Sacramento Spring into Motion step challenge!
Congratulations to the 204 teams and more than 1,400 physicians and employees across the Greater Sacramento Area who recently completed the 4-week Spring into Motion challenge and collectively tallied 298 million steps in their journey to become healthier versions of themselves.

South Sacramento (3-way tie for first place, all with perfect scores)

And drum roll, please . . . the top 2026 Greater Sacramento Area Spring into Motion team (using most walkers and highest total score as the tie breaker) is Rad or Die, Radiology, South Sacramento Medical Center!
