Jumping Jacks

Happy New Year!! With 2023 in our horizon and 2022 past us, we are looking forward to improving your health and wellness so you can make this year a great one!

This month’s WOW’s will focus on performing simple yet effective cardiovascular exercises such as walking, stair climbing, and bodyweight exercises. Just know you don’t need fancy gym equipment or a membership to improve your fitness.

Today’s workout will be performing a jumping jack. Stand up tall and move your arms and feet apart, then bring your arms and feet back together. You can perform a jumping jack with a jump, or you can step your feet in. Perform for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat multiple times throughout the day. Remember that the cold weather can’t stop your fitness!
