Knees to Opposite Elbow
Happy April! This month’s WOW’s is to stretch out your lower back. Adding these stretches throughout the day will help with opening up your lower back and improving your hip mobility.
Exercise: Knee to opposite elbow.
How to perform: While laying on your mat, bring your knee to your opposite elbow. You should feel a deep stretch in your lower back and try to twist to deepen into the stretch.
Duration: Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat on both right and left side.
