March or Jog in Place

Happy New Year!! With 2023 in our horizon and 2022 past us, we are looking forward to improving your health and wellness so you can make this year a great one!

This month’s WOW’s will focus on performing simple yet effective cardiovascular exercises such as walking, stair climbing, and bodyweight exercises. Just know you don’t need fancy gym equipment or a membership to improve your fitness.

Today’s workout will be march in place or jog in place. Perform for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat multiple times throughout the day. Just know even with the wet weather you can still get a great workout indoors!
