Seated Triceps Stretch

March is finally here! This month’s WOW’s will continue to stretch your shoulders and arms. Just know that anytime, anywhere, you can take care of your body by performing these simple yet effective shoulder stretches.

Exercise: Seated triceps stretch.

How to perform: Reach both arms above your head and pull on your elbow. Sit up tall and feel a deep stretch in the back of your arm. This stretch helps loosen your triceps and builds shoulder mobility.

Duration: Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat on the right and left side.
