Seated Upper Shoulder Stretch
March is finally here! This month’s WOW’s will continue to stretch your shoulders and arms. Just know that anytime, anywhere, you can take care of your body by performing these simple yet effective shoulder stretches.
Exercise: Seated upper shoulder stretch
How to perform: Reach both arms across your body and keep your elbows straight. Point your fingers away from your body and sit up tall. You will feel a deep stretch in your shoulder blades and upper spine.
Duration: Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat with the right arm on top and then left arm on top.
