Happy New Year!! With 2023 in our horizon and 2022 past us, we are looking forward to improving your health and wellness so you can make this year a great one!

This month’s WOW’s will focus on performing simple yet effective cardiovascular exercises such as walking, stair climbing, and bodyweight exercises. Just know you don’t need fancy gym equipment or a membership to improve your fitness.

Today’s workout will be to go for a walk! Walking is a great way to add more steps to your day while performing short and quick fitness bursts. Remember that if you want to improve your cardiovascular endurance, try walking faster or bringing your knees up during your workout. Your heart and lungs will thank you!
