Upright Row With Weights

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Who’s ready for egg nog and Christmas carols?

Before we enjoy the holiday season, we’re going to make this December a sweaty one. You will be performing some exercises first and then you get to open your gifts! We’re going to get our body into shape by performing 12 reps before Christmas!

Today’s workout will be an upright row. Grab a weight (or stapler, water bottle, etc) and pull up to your chin. Perform for 12 repetitions.
