2024 Virtual Gratitude Challenge
Gratitude is the feeling of thankfulness for the positive aspects of your life.
During this four-week challenge, you will explore various methods of practicing gratitude to observe its impact on your well-being and life perspective. Gratitude practice can enhance well-being, with studies indicating numerous physical and psychological health benefits. The aim is for you to experience a shift in outlook and develop gratitude habits that can support you through challenging times.
- Participants will engage in one gratitude activity each week, receive social support and accountability from LWBW staff and peers, and earn exciting wellness incentives.
- All North Valley employees and physicians are invited to participate and make positive lifestyle improvements.
