This series offers clear guidance and direction, so you can experience the benefits of a regular practice. Here's how it works: • We’ll host four 30-minute in-person sessions during your lunchtime where we’ll teach you effective techniques to breathe & meditate your way into balance. • You’ll learn about the four pillars of presence and be guided through a breath + meditation practice, all while seated in a chair. • No experience or special clothing/equipment is needed; just come as you are! • If you miss a session, it’s still okay to attend the others.
