Neck Rotations

Happy July! I hope you are all enjoying this sunshine. This month we are stretching out the muscles of your neck. I know after a long day of work, my upper neck muscles get stiff and sore. Regular stretching can increase range of motion and reduce pain.

Exercise: Neck rotations.

How to perform: Sit up tall and rotate your neck clockwise. Move slow and controlled and build as much range of motion as you can.

Duration: Perform 5 rotations clockwise and counterclockwise
