Neck Stretches – Up and Down
Happy July! I hope you are all enjoying this sunshine. This month we are stretching out the muscles of your neck. I know after a long day of work, my upper neck muscles get stiff and sore. Regular stretching can increase range of motion and reduce pain.
Exercise: Look up and look down.
How to perform: Sit up tall look up to the ceiling. Then look down to your chest and tuck your chin in.
Duration: Hold for 5-10 seconds when you look up/down.
