4 week series on cultivating presence

It’s so easy to move through the day on auto-pilot, just going through the motions and not fully experiencing each moment. Learning to cultivate presence has numerous benefits. The more present we are, the more we can feel calm, respond to things purposefully, and actually appreciate our life.

We live in a world filled with outer stimulation, but aren’t often taught tools of inner regulation. This can often lead to feelings stress, overwhelm or even burn out.

Join Roots to Wings Yoga for a special four-week series. These 30-minute midday sessions will give you space to relax, get grounded and find a sense of focused clarity.

In each weekly session, you will experience the following:

May 22, May 29, June 12, June 19 (Skip June 5); 12:40pm-1:10pm

Introduction to one of the pillars of presence, Accessible breathing practices, Guided meditation

No experience or special clothing/equipment is needed; just come as you are! Sessions will take place seated in chairs. If you miss a session, it’s still okay to attend the others.
